About The Experience Lab by charity: Water

The Experience Lab by charity: Water is an immersive museum exhibit at The Factory in Franklin, Tennessee, where visitors explore how 703 million people live without access to clean water. Guided tours last 60 minutes and involve hands-on learning through interactive displays. The Colors of Dirty Water exhibit shows water samples in various shades—neon green, maroon, beige—to illustrate contamination, contrasting them with clear water. The Waterwalk invites visitors to carry a jerry can and walk alongside Esther from Uganda, simulating her daily journey for water through a 4-D experience. A virtual reality exhibit transports visitors to Uganda to witness the day a community gained access to clean water and the impact on 10-year-old Grace. The space welcomes all ages and encourages touching and interaction with exhibits. Reservations are required for visits to Franklin's Factory location.
