The Adventure Center of Asheville offers four distinct outdoor activities within five minutes of downtown. Asheville Zipline Canopy Adventures takes visitors on guided tours through 150-year-old oak trees, with options of nine ziplines or five ziplines including a 1,200-foot side-by-side line, overlooking the Asheville skyline. Asheville Treetops Adventure Park features over 77 climbing, rolling, walking, jumping, swinging, and rappelling challenges spread across seven aerial trails anchored to more than 30 trees and poles, with difficulty levels ranging from beginner to expert. KidZip provides America's first zipline adventure designed for children ages 4 to 10, with nine ziplines and four climbing elements. Kolo Bike Park offers approximately four miles of purpose-built mountain bike trails on rolling terrain designed for riders of all levels. All activities use state-of-the-art safety equipment, and tickets are sold online through the venue's website.
