About Taft Museum of Art

The Taft Museum of Art in Cincinnati invites visitors to explore an impressive art collection displayed in a historic 200-year-old house that is now a National Historic Landmark. The museum features eight monumental landscape murals by Robert S. Duncanson and over 800 works of art, including current exhibitions such as The Scandinavian Home: Landscape and Lore and Unfolding Elegance: European Fans from the Taft Collection. Visitors can participate in drop-in tours, workshops, and talks designed for all ages, or attend specialized programs like the Taft Tea Experience, bingo brunch, and the Fall Jazz Series. The museum also operates the Taft Café, which serves brunch, lunch, and coffee and tea service, and maintains a downtown garden for visitors to enjoy. The museum is open Wednesday through Monday, with free admission available on Sundays and Mondays, and tickets can be purchased online.
