About Skate Waco

Skate Waco is a family-owned roller skating facility with two locations in the Waco area that has served the community since 1996. Visitors come to skate during public skating sessions held throughout the week, with sessions designed for different groups including toddlers through kindergarten during First Fridays RAVE & ROLL, homeschool skate during weekday afternoons, and adult skate nights on Thursdays. The rinks offer skating lessons for all ages on Saturday mornings at both the Waco and Bellmead locations. Beyond basic skating, the facility hosts roller derby classes with full protective gear requirements, hockey skills classes and pick-up hockey games, and speed skating instruction through Inside Edge Sports. Visitors can also rent skates or bring their own, access game arcades, enjoy a playground, and purchase snacks. The venue accommodates birthday parties, private events, weddings, and Quinceaneras at both locations, and operates a mobile skating experience called The Skate Truck Texas that brings roller skating to other venues. Admission charges vary by activity and are published online.
