About Scarborough Renaissance Festival

Scarborough Renaissance Festival in Waxahachie is a seasonal outdoor attraction where visitors walk through a recreated village, watch live performances, shop at artisan vendor booths, and eat period food while costumed performers entertain throughout the grounds. The festival features demonstrations, interactive exhibits, and shopping areas set across themed village spaces shown on a printed map available at the gate. Families with children under four should know those children enter free, and the festival operates Saturdays, Sundays, and Memorial Day Monday with hours published on the venue's website. The festival is located one mile west of I-35E near historic downtown Waxahachie. Active duty military and veterans with valid military ID receive $3 off adult single day tickets at the gate, with the discount extending to up to four family members. Seniors age 65 and older with valid ID also receive $3 off adult single day tickets at the gate. Tickets are sold online through the festival's website at srfestival.com, where all discount details appear.
