About Sea Horse Ranch

Sea Horse Ranch in Half Moon Bay offers guided trail and beach horseback riding along the Pacific Coast. Visitors ride the Coastal Equestrian Trail onto ocean bluffs, then down to Poplar Beach for a scenic journey south before returning to the ranch. The Early Bird Special provides a two-hour trail and beach ride departing at 8:00 a.m., priced at $128.40, a $50 savings from the regular $170 rate, for riders age 7 and older. All riders must arrive 30 minutes early to check in and watch a full riding demonstration before departure. Participants need long pants covering the ankles and fully enclosed shoes with flat soles no higher than half an inch. Half Moon Bay, the pumpkin and flower capital of the world, provides a picturesque backdrop just a short drive from San Francisco. Tickets are sold online through the venue's website at seahorseranch.org.
