About Sarasota Jungle Gardens

Sarasota Jungle Gardens is a 10-acre attraction where visitors walk tropical trails to encounter more than 200 native and exotic animals, many rescued or donated. The park's iconic free-roaming flamingos stroll among guests, and visitors can hand-feed them directly. Daily shows include the Wildlife Wonder Show, Jungle Bird Show, and Reptile Show, each followed by a Meet the Keeper session. The petting zoo lets children interact with animals up close. A playground and wooden train ride provide entertainment for younger visitors. The facility features the Flamingo Café with snacks and ice cream, available in both air-conditioned indoor and outdoor dining. Additional animal interactions include lemur encounters and photo opportunities with parrots. The attraction suits families with children of all ages and operates daily with published hours available on the venue's website. Admission charges are published online, with tickets sold through the venue's site. Located in Sarasota, Florida, Sarasota Jungle Gardens has operated continuously since 1939.
