About San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts
The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts in downtown San Angelo features rotating exhibitions of regional, national, and international artists across painting, ceramics, and sculpture. The Concho Clay Studio offers pottery and clay sculpture classes for adults at all skill levels. The museum hosts monthly Family Days with interactive gallery experiences and hands-on art projects. Visitors can join free guided tours led by docents through the galleries. The museum presents En Plein Air Texas, an outdoor painting competition, and the San Angelo National Ceramic Competition, a biennial exhibition of contemporary ceramics. General admission is free. The museum is fully wheelchair accessible with wheelchairs available, and service dogs are welcome. It sits along the Concho River in historic downtown San Angelo and offers free parking adjacent to the building.
