The Sam and Alfreda Maloof Foundation preserves the legacy of one of America's leading woodworkers through tours of his hand-built historic home in Alta Loma. Visitors explore Sam and Alfreda's organic approach to architecture and Sam's exquisite furniture collection. The Introduction to the Maloof Tour, a 45-minute experience designed for first-time guests and families, introduces visitors to the world of Sam and Alfreda Maloof. The one-hour Maloof Home Tour offers an immersive look at the residence and its furnishings. The two-hour Maloof Grand Tour provides access to additional treasures, including the Library, Treehouse Room, and two upstairs galleries featuring iconic pieces such as the rocking chair Sam crafted for Alfreda. The Maloofs: Creators and Collectors tour explores the arts and crafts objects throughout the historic home. The Maloof Master Craftsman Tour, a three-hour woodworker-led experience, celebrates the artistry and inspiration of master craftsman Dennis Hays. A 360 Panorama virtual tour allows remote exploration of the home.
