About Roberson Museum
Roberson Museum in Binghamton features multiple galleries with rotating historical and contemporary art exhibitions, housed within a historic gilded age mansion. Visitors explore works by artists including Don DeMauro, Alexandra Davis, and Joshua Lasky, along with selections from the museum's own collections such as the Miniatures exhibit. The museum offers beginner oil painting classes on Thursday evenings, teaching still life and sculptural techniques. Haunted history mansion tours run on Friday evenings, and the Floral Park Cemetery Tour provides guided exploration of local history. Link Planetarium, the area's only planetarium, currently undergoes renovations. The museum shop stocks local art, hand-made pottery, science kits, puzzles, and fair-trade items. The building is wheelchair accessible with reserved parking nearby. Hours are published online; the museum remains closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
