Po Hous Farm is a family-owned farm in Apex, North Carolina, where visitors pick their own strawberries in spring and select from a family-friendly pumpkin patch in fall. The farm grows seasonal produce including tomatoes, corn, peppers, squash, potatoes, peaches, watermelon, blueberries, blackberries and pears available throughout the growing season. The Farm Store stocks locally made goods, Po Hous Farm apparel, free-range chicken eggs in brown, white, olive and blue varieties, homemade sourdough bread in original and cinnamon flavors, and award-winning homemade ice cream from Maple View Farm with flavors that change monthly. Visitors can also participate in Highland Cow Cuddle Sessions and Highland Cow Photo Sessions with the farm's animals. The Jenks family operates the property with 20 beef cattle and 150 chickens. The farm maintains regular published hours throughout the week for visitors exploring its seasonal offerings and farm experiences.
