Park and Ocean Adventure Center offers watersports and recreational activities in Fort Lauderdale. Visitors can kayak, canoe, paddleboard on SUP boards, or ride waverunners. The property preserves four distinct natural communities situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway on what was formerly Hugh Taylor Birch's estate. A beachside eatery and garden provide oceanfront seating and views amid a shady grove along A1A. The center accommodates private events, weddings, and corporate picnics on its grounds. Park and Ocean also operates The House on the River, a sister property downtown featuring a riverside eatery and patio set beneath fifty-foot trees on the New River. Visitors can arrive by car, boat, Brightline Train, or water taxi and explore the tropical hammock setting near beachside shops and condominiums.
