About North Pole Experience

North Pole Experience features Santa's 400-year-old Workshop, where families ride magical trolleys through a magic portal to reach the forest location in Flagstaff, Arizona. The approximately one hour and forty minute adventure includes hands-on toy building with elves, a visit to the Toy Hall of Fame, and Elf University, where children earn honorary elf diplomas. Guests explore Mrs. Claus' Bakery for freshly baked treats, visit the North Pole Mail Room to write wish lists, and tour Santa's Sleigh Hangar with its famous flying reindeer, mission control center, and radar systems. Each family receives private one-on-one time with Santa, a complimentary digital portrait, and every child gets a commemorative gift from Santa himself. The venue publishes admission prices online at northpoleexperience.com. Infants aged zero to eighteen months receive free admission, including a lap seat on the trolley bus ride.
