The Nash House Museum is a seven-room brick Italianate home built in 1878 where visitors take guided docent-led tours through period rooms. The house showcases Victorian-era furnishings and reproduction wallpaper, with pieces and accessories donated by Delaware County families. Specific rooms include the dining room, displayed with seasonal decorations at Christmas, and spaces containing a doll house and period clothing exhibits. The original structure retains its architectural bones, though electrical, heating, and plumbing systems were upgraded over time. A front porch was added after 1916, and bathroom and kitchen renovations were completed in the 1930s. Visitors can observe physical details of daily life, including doorway scars made by Linnie Nash's wheelchair after her scarlet fever illness. The museum interprets the lives of the Slattery and Nash families who lived here, revealing Delaware's railroad heritage and local history.
