About Movement Plano
Movement Plano is a 32,000 square-foot climbing, yoga, and fitness facility where visitors tackle indoor bouldering across 5,000 square feet, top-rope climb, lead climb, use auto-belays, and attempt speed climbing walls on 20,000 square feet of terrain overlooking a 55-foot lead wall. The mezzanine above includes a kids area, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, and training boards such as kilter boards, moon boards, and campus boards. A full-service yoga studio offers daily classes including Power Flow, Foundation Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin sessions. The facility also provides cardio and weight areas, a fully-stocked gear shop, large locker rooms with showers and towel service, and co-working spaces. The gym suits climbers of all levels, from beginners taking introduction-to-rope or bouldering classes to experienced athletes training on specialized boards.
