Canyons Rock Climbing in Frisco is an indoor climbing gym where visitors climb on rope walls and bouldering surfaces. The gym features 78 rope climbing routes and more than 50 bouldering routes, all built for different skill levels. The facility spans 10,000 square feet of rope walls and 12,000 square feet for bouldering, plus a moon wall and workout zone. Canyons offers 12 weekly classes alongside youth programs designed to build strength and confidence. The gym runs a recreational team and competitive Lone Star Team for those seeking structured climbing. First-time visitors complete a waiver and receive instruction in proper technique and safety. Children 12 and younger must be actively supervised by an adult and cannot belay; those 16 and older may use the bouldering area independently. The gym suits beginners trying climbing for the first time as well as experienced climbers training at higher levels.
