About Monroe Science Center

The Monroe Science Center offers hands-on learning experiences through interactive exhibits including the planetarium, aquarium, and various science displays. Visitors receive a wristband upon arrival at the front desk that allows all-day access to the facility. The center operates as a self-guided museum, though staff members are available to answer questions about the exhibits. All programming is included with admission. The learning environment requires guests to use inside voices and refrain from running to ensure everyone's safety. Parties with children under 14 must stay together, and groups with multiple children must maintain a one-adult-to-ten-children ratio. Wristbands allow visitors to take breaks outside at their leisure, as food and drinks are not permitted inside.
