About Monroe Science Center
Monroe Science Center offers hands-on learning exhibits where visitors explore at their own pace with staff available to answer questions. Upon arrival, guests purchase admission at the front desk and receive a wristband for all-day access up to one hour before closing. The center is self-guided, and all programming is included with admission. Parties with children under 14 must stay together, with a ratio of one adult to ten children enforced for safety. Guests are asked to use inside voices and refrain from running to maintain a learning environment. The center closes Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sundays, operating Wednesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monroe Science Center is located in Monroe, North Carolina. Seniors 60 and older receive reduced admission for $9, compared to the regular $10 price, according to monroesciencecenter.com.
