About Memphis Riverboats

Memphis Riverboats operates authentic cruises on the river in Memphis, Tennessee. Visitors board vessels including the Memphis Queen III and the Island Queen, triple-decked sternwheelers that carry passengers on excursions ranging from 90 minutes to two hours. The sightseeing cruise includes historical commentary about the river and Memphis landmarks. The dinner and music cruise features a live request band, a cash and credit bar, and a BBQ meal served by attentive staff. A holiday dinner and music cruise operates seasonally. Guests experience views of the river at night illuminated by Memphis city lights. The fleet represents a family business spanning four generations, with vessels designed and built by founder Captain Tom Meanley beginning in the 1950s. Decks offer outdoor and climate-controlled spaces for guests. Tickets are sold online through the venue's website.
