About Belz Museum of Asian and Judaic Art
Belz Museum of Asian and Judaic Art houses nearly 1,000 objects across 14,000 square feet of exhibition space in downtown Memphis. Visitors explore three permanent galleries: the Main Gallery with Judaic Section, the Tusk Gallery, and the Imperial Retreat Gallery. The collection features jade sculptures from China's Qing Dynasty, Russian lacquer boxes, contemporary glass, Italian mosaics, mineral specimens, and scholar's rocks. The museum offers guided Asian tours, Judaic gallery tours, and Holocaust Memorial Gallery tours. Group tours include options for adults and students, plus the Emperor's Lunch and Tour experience. The Dynasty Room, decorated with Chinese antique furnishings, hosts private events with optional museum tours. Children under 5 receive free admission. Three adult admission rates are published based on visitor category.
