About Jungle Queen Riverboat

Jungle Queen Riverboat is Fort Lauderdale's longest-running tourist attraction, operating since 1935. Visitors cruise down the New River aboard a double-deck riverboat to view waterfront mansions, mega yachts, and historic neighborhoods known as the Venice of America. The attraction offers two main experiences: daytime sightseeing cruises lasting 90 minutes, and evening cruises to Tropical Isle that include a barbecue dinner and Polynesian fire dancing show. During daytime cruises, passengers observe the city's architecture and wealthy estates from the water. Evening visitors dine on barbecue ribs while watching performances on the island, where a historic pavilion built in the 1940s still stands. A full-service bar serves signature cocktails throughout cruises. The riverboat departs from Bahia Mar Yachting Center, where Jungle Queen has been based since 1949. The experience suits families, couples, and groups seeking a scenic tour combined with dining and entertainment along Fort Lauderdale's waterways.
