The Holocaust Memorial Museum of San Antonio educates visitors on the history of the Holocaust through survivor testimony, interactive exhibits, and guided tours. Visitors enter through the main lobby of The Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Jewish Campus and proceed to the museum's upper level, where they can explore four exhibit areas. Walk-in guests may take self-guided tours of the exhibits, while trained docents lead scheduled group tours. The museum hosts special events throughout the year, including the Survivor Speakers Series, where visitors hear firsthand accounts from Holocaust survivors. Additional programming includes the Kristallnacht Community Commemoration, Yom HaShoah observance, and HMMSA Reads author meetings. Educators can access classroom resources and arrange field trips for student groups. General admission is free. The museum, located in San Antonio since 2000, has educated thousands of students and visitors annually on the dangers of hatred and prejudice while promoting democratic values and respect for human dignity.
