The museum's STEAM-based exhibits encourage dramatic play, art, engineering, and creative discovery across multiple themed spaces. Programming throughout the year includes story time with music and movement in the Birdsong Barn stage area, guided art activities led by visiting instructors, and naturalist visits from Hocking College Nature Center featuring animal educators. A typical first visit lasts about two hours. Children 12 months and under receive free admission.
