About Hershey History Center
The Hershey History Center preserves and interprets the heritage of the Hershey community over the past 150 years. Visitors explore permanent exhibits at their own pace, examining artifacts, photographs, and archives that chronicle the chocolate company that built the town, military heroes from the area, and the legendary hockey franchise based there. Children ages 7 to 12 can participate in a scavenger hunt throughout the museum. A self-guided digital audio tour is available for use with a smartphone. The center maintains a library and research services with resources on topics related to Derry Township and Hershey, accessible by appointment for independent research. Guided tours with knowledgeable docents accommodate small adult groups seeking a personalized experience. School groups and homeschool students can arrange guided or self-guided tours with interactive learning activities. The facility is located in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
