Hangar 18 Indoor Climbing Gym in Orange is an indoor bouldering facility where visitors climb artificial rock walls across multiple sections. The facility spans over 9,000 square feet and features four bouldering sections, a 90-degree cave section rising 25 feet, a training area, and a fitness area. Climbers can work through more than 150 different bouldering problems of varying difficulty levels. The gym also includes a member lounge. First-time visitors must complete a Release of Liability Waiver and an Orientation Confirmation before climbing, and must present a valid US ID. An Introductory Class in bouldering teaches basic skills needed to climb safely at the facility and is recommended for ages 11 and up, though climbers as young as 6 are accepted. No previous climbing experience is necessary. Located in Orange, California, just off the 57 freeway, Hangar 18 Orange is the largest of three Hangar 18 bouldering facilities in Orange County.
