Flux Climbing & Training Center is an indoor rock climbing facility in Vista where visitors train on specialized climbing equipment and learn climbing techniques. The center features the Tension Board 2, an LED climbing board designed for footwork progression and balanced training, along with a Kilter Board that adjusts between 20 and 70 degrees to accommodate different skill levels. Climbers also use a campus board for dynamic upward movement training, a crimp spray wall, and a bouldering area with routes updated weekly. The facility offers Youth Climbing Camp for children ages 6 to 14, where participants learn basic climbing techniques, proper falling methods, climbing vocabulary, and teamwork through instruction, games, and arts and crafts. The center also provides coaching in climbing, weekly courses on route setting held Tuesday and Thursday, and access to dedicated physical trainers for strength training. The facility hosts competitions and mock competitions throughout the year for climbers preparing for events.
