About Fair Park

Fair Park spans 200 acres in Dallas just east of downtown and hosts over five million visitors annually. The park features the Natural History Museum, African American Museum, Children's Aquarium, and Texas Discovery Gardens, along with historic landmarks including Big Tex and Cotton Bowl Stadium. Visitors explore the Automobile Building, Food and Fiber Pavilion, Briscoe Carpenter Livestock Center, and Hall of State. The park offers performances at Music Hall and concerts at Dos Equis Pavilion, plus the annual State Fair of Texas. Motorized tram tours provide views of the fairgrounds and its history.
