Escape the Alley operates The Alley Hotel, a story-driven horror escape room in downtown Redlands where visitors unravel the mystery of a missing girl and sinister experiments inside a haunted 1920s hotel. The experience begins before arrival through cryptic clues, then continues as guests locate a hidden lobby and proceed through the fully immersive environment with live actors. Three distinct versions let visitors choose their experience: The Immersive Guided Tour features iPad-guided audio narration and traditional puzzles; Inside the Mind of Jack offers nonlinear gameplay and psychological horror through fragmented puzzles with no narration; and a Full Experience Bundle lets guests play both versions to unlock bonus lore. Groups of two to eight players explore vintage furnishings, creepy props, and eerie relics while encountering different ghosts depending on their group. The Full Experience Bundle costs $130 per guest, saving $14 when booking both versions together.
