The Erie County Historical Society operates the Hagen History Center, where visitors explore regional history through exhibits and historic buildings on two campuses. The main Erie campus features the Watson-Curtze Mansion, Wood-Morrison House, and an Exhibit Building. Current exhibits include Command & Courage: Oliver Hazard Perry, which covers the man, his family, legacy and heroism, and the Frank Lloyd Wright Field Office Museum, housing Wright's authentic San Francisco field office reassembled on the Erie campus in 2021. The Girard Campus includes the Yellow House, an elegant farmhouse on more than 130 acres available for weddings and events.
