About Emmaus Historical Society
The Emmaus Historical Society and Museum preserves the history of this Moravian borough founded in 1759. Visitors explore the museum's collection of artifacts, documents, photographs, and genealogical records displayed in dynamic exhibits that change seasonally. The museum is open Saturdays, with extended hours during special events, and handicap-accessible parking is available on Main Street and in a lot behind the building. Staff volunteers conduct tours for individuals, families, scout groups, class reunions, and elementary classes by appointment.
