About Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum
Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum on the Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation in Clewiston houses more than 200,000 works of art and historic objects documenting Seminole culture and history. Visitors walk a mile-long boardwalk through the Everglades, tour exhibits in the West Gallery featuring "Beautiful and Proud," view the Mosaic display of traditional outfits, and watch the orientation film "We Seminoles," a twenty-minute panoramic production shown every thirty minutes. The museum presents seasonal events including the American Indigenous Arts Celebration, Holiday Market, and Earth Day the Native Way. School groups can arrange field trips with educator resources available online, while the museum also offers guided tours for visitors seeking deeper insight into Seminole heritage and the surrounding ecosystem.
