The museum features retired and active firefighter volunteers who share stories and answer questions about the characters who shaped Key West's firefighting past. Visitors can take self-guided audio tours with a smartphone and headphones, meet the volunteer staff, pull a fire alarm, and browse merchandise. The firehouse also hosts paranormal investigation experiences after hours, featuring a 45-minute immersive AudioPhonic tour and 75 minutes of independent investigation with professional equipment.
