The World's Largest Catsup Bottle stands as an iconic roadside landmark in Collinsville, Illinois, built in 1949 by the W.E. Caldwell Company for the G.S. Suppiger plant that produced Brooks catsup. This historic structure rises 170 feet overall, with the bottle itself reaching 70 feet high, a base diameter of 25 feet, and an 8-foot-wide cap. The bottle was designed to hold 100,000 gallons and represents a distinctive example of American industrial architecture. Visitors can view the landmark and explore an adjacent Black Friday Liquidators warehouse during published business hours. The structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002, recognizing its significance as a treasured regional attraction that has drawn visitors from across the country for more than seventy years.
