About Wonder Gardens
Wonder Gardens is a botanical garden and wildlife refuge in Bonita Springs housing rescued and non-releasable birds and reptiles. Visitors walk through exhibits featuring native and exotic animals including alligators, flamingos, and parrots, alongside vibrant plantings in a landscape that preserves Old Florida character. The gardens offer hands-on experiences such as bird and reptile interactions, with photo opportunities like having parrots perch on your shoulders. The Welcome Center provides wheelchair access, with free wheelchairs available, and the venue is wheelchair accessible throughout. A membership program grants unlimited free admission for a year plus reciprocal free or reduced entry to over 500 nature centers and botanical gardens nationwide. Children under 3 are admitted free.
