About The Rollercade Skate Rink

The Rollercade Skate Rink in San Antonio hosts Open Skate on Friday and Saturday evenings under neon lights with a vintage 70s roller disco aesthetic. Family sessions run with beginner activities, while 18+ adult nights feature themed events on Wednesdays. Visitors rent quad skates, inline skates, or speed skates and skate across the original maple floor installed in 1959. Glow skate sessions run during most public skating times. The pro shop sells skating gear, party rooms accommodate groups, and the snack bar serves food beneath the distinctive zig-zag canopy. On Tuesdays, entry costs five dollars with four-dollar rentals and fifty percent off hot dogs. On Thursdays, military members, first responders, teachers, and healthcare workers receive four dollars off admission with valid identification and one guest. Details appear at therollercade.com.
