About The Grace Museum

The Grace Museum in Abilene is a place for all ages to explore art, history, and creativity housed in a 1909 building originally constructed as the Hotel Grace. Visitors view rotating exhibitions including Emergence: Transformation Through Glass and Light, Ann Stautberg: Night Works, and exhibits on Abilene High School and Lincoln Middle School history. The museum also operates Spark, an interactive downtown space where families create designs on a giant light wall, play music on a music wall, explore a replica Paramount Theatre stage, and work on puzzles and make-and-take activities in the Create Lab. The Grace offers creative classes and camps for both children and adults, Tot Spot programs for preschoolers, and monthly homeschool art days. A second location, Spark Science Center at Abilene Heritage Square, provides over one hundred interactive experiences in biology, chemistry, engineering, physics, and astronomy. The museum is located in Abilene, Texas.
