About The Art Gallery at Congdon Yards
The Art Gallery at Congdon Yards in downtown High Point showcases visual art exhibitions from local, regional, and international artists, with rotating collections featuring solo and group artists. Visitors explore diverse artwork from established and emerging artists in gallery spaces. The gallery store offers handcrafted items including pottery, glassware, home decor, scarves, puzzles, art supplies, and art books. Educational workshops and classes serve both adults and youth, focusing on self-expression, skill development, and artistic discovery. A clay studio provides hands-on pottery experiences. The Art Gallery, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit operating for over 30 years, moved to Congdon Yards in 2023 and serves as High Point's primary visual arts provider for community enrichment through creative engagement.
