Kernersville Auto Museum displays a collection of vintage, classic, and exotic automobiles spanning over one hundred years of automotive history. Visitors walk through the newly constructed eleven-thousand-square-foot climate-controlled facility to view American, English, French, and German classic cars arranged for public enjoyment. The ever-changing collection features vehicles donated by community members to honor loved ones or showcase personally owned automobiles. Some cars are privately owned by local members, while others have been gifted to the nonprofit organization. The museum appeals to senior visitors reconnecting with automotive memories from their youth and younger generations discovering historical vehicles. School field trips, car club meetings, cruise-ins, and private events including weddings and reunions take place at the venue. The museum operates with published hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Located in Kernersville, North Carolina, the museum was founded by Jim Taylor following a lifelong passion for classic automobiles that began in the nineteen-fifties.
