Armstrong Artisan Farm in Walnut Cove operates a seasonal farm park with corn mazes, pumpkin patches, and fields of sunflowers and wildflowers. Visitors navigate two mazes, pick pumpkins of various sizes for decoration or carving, and receive free sunflowers. The farm includes a petting zoo, hayrides, playground with a jumping pillow, and games such as apple cannons, steer roping, corn hole, horseshoes, and a duck race. A corn pit and barrel racer slides provide additional activities. The property features fire pits, photo spots, and picnic areas. Armstrong Artisan Farm operates a Christmas Light Spectacular with synchronized light displays, hayrides, pony rides, a bounce house, and photos with Santa on select dates. The farm also hosts a spring festival with strawberry picking and tulips. Field trips, group events, and birthday parties are available. Tickets are sold online through the farm's website.
