Scarlet Lady Dolphin Adventures operates boat tours from Captain Kelly's Deep Sea Headquarters in Port Aransas, departing into the Lydia Ann Channel to search for wild dolphins, seabirds, and views of the Lydia Ann Lighthouse. The Scarlet Lady is a catamaran-style vessel constructed in 2015, measuring just under 50 feet long and accommodating up to 48 passengers with ample shade and room designed to minimize motion sickness. The boat features a full bar serving drinks including Pina Coladas. Specialty cruises include the Sip & Shuck Oyster Farm Tour, offering a welcome glass of prosecco, behind-the-scenes looks at oyster mariculture at Texas Clear Water Oyster Gardens, freshly shucked local oysters, and paired wine. Wine on the Water provides a sunset cruise with wine and cheese. An Industrial Waterways Tour explores the port's working waterways. Tickets are sold online through the venue's website.
