About Savannah Riverboat Cruises

Savannah Riverboat Cruises operates paddlewheel riverboats on the Savannah River, offering daytime sightseeing cruises, brunch and lunch cruises, dinner cruises, sunset cruises, seasonal themed cruises, and gospel cruises. Visitors board either the Savannah River Queen or the Georgia Queen, vessels featuring climate-controlled dining decks and open-air deck space. The Georgia Queen, added in 2016, spans 230 feet long and carries up to 1,000 passengers across three grand ballrooms with 15,000 square feet of dining space and a 5,000 square foot open-air top deck with patio seating. The New Savannah River Queen, arriving in winter 2007, includes three climate-controlled dining rooms, three bars, and a top deck snack shop with a VIP room. Cruises depart from downtown Savannah near the historic riverfront and feature live entertainment, panoramic views of the water and landmarks, and opportunities to learn about the city's maritime history.
