Playland in Petaluma is an outdoor recreation facility offering team-based shooting activities for visitors ages 10 and up. Paintball options include both regular and low-impact formats where players work together to eliminate opposing teams or complete objectives while emphasizing communication and leadership. Airsoft features several game modes on the facility's largest field and caters to all skill levels. Gellyball uses gel blasters that shoot Orbeez-like projectiles as a low-impact alternative. Playland accommodates walk-on play every weekend as well as private parties for birthday celebrations, church groups, corporate team building, and other gatherings. A retail store operates on-site. Special events include the Highlander tournament, which combines individual competition with randomly drawn team formats including 1v1, 3v3, 5v5, and larger matches.
