About Licon's Dairy Asaderos
Licon Dairy Asaderos operates a working dairy farm with a restaurant and petting zoo in San Elizario, Texas. Visitors explore the property, pet farm and exotic animals, and view the duck pond while enjoying meals at the on-site Outlaw Saloon. The restaurant serves tacos, steaks, and chicken strips made with local ingredients and the dairy's own cheeses. The farm produces handmade queso asadero, chile con queso, requeson, and suero available for purchase. Families can arrange field trips and birthday parties at the restaurant location.
