About Hologram Zoo Illinois

Hologram Zoo Illinois is Chicago's first permanent walk-through hologram zoo, where visitors explore immersive environments without traditional live animals. The attraction features four themed laser-light tunnel exhibits: dinosaurs, Africa, Australia, and monsters, each displayed across 60-foot spaces. Guests wear lightweight 3D glasses to view the holographic displays, with no VR headsets required. The venue operates as a fully indoor, weather-proof facility suitable for families with children of all ages. Beyond casual visits, Hologram Zoo Illinois accommodates kids' birthday parties, school field trips, daycare group outings, corporate team building events, senior group bookings, summer camps, youth groups, and private event rentals with dedicated party rooms. The interactive hologram zoo tour is the primary activity. Located at 318 Hawthorn Center inside Hawthorn Mall in Vernon Hills, Illinois, the attraction opens daily with hours published on the venue's site. Tickets are sold online through the venue's booking platform.
