The Mansion itself stands as the centerpiece, complemented by the Centennial Barn, a Gothic Revival structure built in 1876 that originally housed a 19th-century dairy operation and now serves as a community venue. The Tavern House, constructed around 1800, once sold brandies and whiskies while accommodating travelers and serving farmers as a community gathering place. An Everhart Covered Bridge, originally built around 1881 to span Little Buffalo Creek, was relocated to the park grounds and reconstructed in 2006 using its original elements. Beyond the main property, the 153-acre Fort Hunter Conservancy offers day hiking through wooded mountain terrain adjacent to Fishing Creek Valley Road. Visitors to the Conservancy can pursue birding and observe local flora and fauna, though overnight camping and fires are prohibited.
