About Crystal Beach Sailing

Crystal Beach Sailing offers catamaran cruises departing from the Stingaree Dock on the Bolivar Peninsula. Visitors board the 45-foot catamaran Rosa Mae for two-and-a-half-hour sails across East Galveston Bay. Day trips depart in the afternoon, while sunset cruises conclude the evening. During voyages, guests watch for dolphins and pelicans in the bay waters. The captain, a USCG-certified Master with a 100-ton license, navigates the boat. Complimentary bottled water and soft drinks come aboard each cruise. Visitors may bring their own beverages. Groups of six passengers can relax together or enjoy solitude at the front of the boat. The Stingaree Dock nearby serves to-go margaritas and refreshments, with shrimp kisses recommended as a sunset snack. Tickets are sold online through the venue's website.
