Crossfire Wilmington operates four indoor action activities in a climate-controlled facility: low-impact paintball, axe throwing, Nerf battles, and GellyBall. Visitors to the paintball fields face opponents ages 8 and up while wearing rental gear including mask, gun, tank, and hopper. Axe throwing welcomes ages 10 and up to compete on five lanes with interactive games like Duck Hunter, Zombies, Tic Tac Toe, and Line-Up-Four, with digital scoring displayed throughout. GellyBall blasters shoot soft gel-like balls and hold 750 shots without reloading, suitable for ages 6 and up. Nerf battles accommodate ages 5 and up with foam dart competitions. The venue hosts birthday parties, corporate team-building events, bachelor and bachelorette groups, weddings, reunions, and walk-in players. Admission prices are published online at crossfirenc.com. Axe throwing Early Bird specials run Friday 3 pm to 6 pm, Saturday 10 am to 2 pm, and Sunday 12 pm to 2 pm at $17.50 per person, down from $22.50, according to crossfirenc.com.
