About Leland Cultural Arts Center

Leland Cultural Arts Center offers classes and programs in visual and performing arts for the community. Visitors can take stained glass classes to complete their own pieces, participate in ballet instruction, and attend barre fitness classes. The center hosts community art projects where participants create work together. The facility presents free concerts in Founders Park as part of its special events programming. The center also organizes Movies in the Park screenings and award-winning We Don't Know bus tours that explore local history and culture. Since its opening in 2015, the center has expanded its offerings each session with hundreds of programs and events. The Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Department operates the center alongside parks and recreational facilities throughout Leland. The center is located in Leland, North Carolina, and serves residents and visitors through its mission to create community through exceptional recreational and cultural activities.
