Flip N Fly is Wilmington's largest indoor trampoline park, spanning 28,000 square feet with wall-to-wall trampolines featuring shock spring technology designed for safety. Visitors jump and perform tricks on Olympic trampolines, navigate trick walls, complete a professional ninja course, and try the slackline. The facility includes aerial attractions such as an aerial lyra, trapeze swing, and battle beam. Guests can also play dodgeball and basketball, with laser lights and black lights adding to the experience. A dedicated kids court serves toddlers and young children with separate jumping areas. The venue features a full cafe and arcade for visitors between activities. Flip N Fly hosts birthday parties and special events including Neon Nights, Family Nights, and Tot Time.
