About Chagrin Valley Roller Rink
Chagrin Valley Roller Rink in Chagrin Falls offers roller skating on a solid maple wood floor. The rink opened on Thanksgiving Day in 1947 and was built using a WWII-era Quonset hut design. The original structure remains largely unchanged, preserving the nostalgic atmosphere that has drawn skaters for nearly eighty years. Visitors rent skates at the skate counter and spend time on the skating floor during regular sessions. The rink hosts couples skates and other skating programs throughout its operating schedule. A family-owned business now operated by its current owner, the rink has passed through several generations of dedicated stewardship since its founding. The venue serves the Chagrin Falls community as a longstanding landmark where multiple generations of families have created memories together.
