About Burleson Historical Ghost Tour

The Burleson Historical Ghost Tour takes visitors through Old Town Burleson on a guided exploration of haunted locations and historical sites. Tours begin at the Burleson Visitors Center, housed in a historic interurban depot, the last remaining station on the Fort Worth to Cleburne line. Visitors encounter the Interurban Express Motor #330 Rail Car, the oldest of its kind in North Texas, and the 1918 Parlor Car that once ran between Fort Worth and Dallas. The tour visits Babe's Chicken Dinner House, which opened in 1905 as the Wilson Brothers Company and later housed a funeral parlor and casket manufacturing business. Other stops include the Old Town Brewing Company, Grump's Burgers on Main, and the railroad tracks. Upon request, visitors may also tour the Baker Houses. Tours typically last up to two and a half hours and operate in Burleson, Texas. Extended visits including the Baker Houses require an additional hour.
